The information is intended to support the Customer in the installation, use, maintenance, and handling of products under safe conditions.
This information complements, without replacing, any specific instructions and warnings provided with the product.

5. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
ZEROTRACCE products must be identifiable through the information provided on the packaging, label, product, accompanying documentation, or the relevant product page, as applicable.
When available, the Customer may use:
- product name;
- model;
- product code;
- identifier;
- order number;
- information provided on the packaging.
6. PRODUCTS COVERED
This policy covers, according to their respective characteristics and instructions:
- Filtering Shower Head;
- Filtering Tap;
- Replacement Filters;
- Complete Bathroom Kit;
- Family Kit;
- Complete Home Kit.
Specific warnings may vary depending on the individual product and its configuration.
7. INTENDED USE
Products must be used exclusively according to their intended use and according to the instructions provided with the product.
The Customer must not use a product for purposes other than those for which it was designed.
8. INSTALLATION
Before installation, the Customer must read the instructions provided with the product.
Installation must be performed following the instructions applicable to the purchased model.
The Customer must verify that the connections are correct and that the product is installed stably before use.
9. PRE-USE VERIFICATION
Before first use, the Customer must verify that:
- the product shows no visible damage;
- components are correctly assembled;
- connections are correct;
- there are no leaks;
- the product is installed stably.
In the presence of obvious damage or anomalies, the product must not be used until the situation has been verified.
10. RISK OF WATER LEAKS
Incorrect installation can cause water leaks.
After installation, the Customer must carefully check the connections before using the product normally.
If a leak is detected, stop use and check the affected connection.
11. COMPONENTS AND ACCESSORIES
Only components and accessories compatible with the product and provided for in the relative instructions must be used.
No structural modifications to the product that could compromise its safety or proper functioning should be made.
12. MAINTENANCE
The product must be maintained according to the provided instructions.
Maintenance operations must be performed under appropriate conditions and without using procedures or products incompatible with the materials or the functioning of the device.
13. REPLACEMENT FILTERS
Filters must be replaced according to the indications applicable to the product.
Before replacement, the Customer must follow the instructions regarding disassembly and assembly.
The replaced filter must be correctly positioned before the next use.
14. FILTER AND NORMAL WEAR
The filter is a component subject to consumption.
The need to replace the filter periodically, when consistent with the expected normal lifespan and conditions of use, does not automatically constitute a product defect.
An abnormal malfunction must instead be reported to customer service.
15. USE OF WATER
ZEROTRACCE products are intended for use with water according to the intended use indicated for the relative product.
Do not use the product with liquids other than those provided for in the instructions.
16. NON-POTABLE WATER
Products intended for filtering shower or tap water should not be automatically considered water purification systems.
The Customer must not use the filtered water as drinking water based solely on the presence of the ZEROTRACCE filter.
The product must be used exclusively for the intended use indicated in the relevant documentation.
17. WATER PRESSURE
The product must be used within the technical conditions provided in the specific documentation for the model.
The Customer must not use the product in conditions that exceed the technical limits indicated by the manufacturer or in the instructions.
18. WATER TEMPERATURE
The product must be used in compliance with the temperature limits possibly indicated in the instructions for the purchased model.
Do not use the product in conditions that exceed the provided technical limits.
19. PRODUCT MODIFICATIONS
It is forbidden to modify, drill, alter, or transform the product in a way not provided for in the instructions.
Unauthorized modifications may compromise the functioning and safety of the product.
20. DAMAGED PRODUCT
Do not use the product if it shows:
- cracks;
- breakages;
- abnormal deformations;
- missing components;
- persistent leaks;
- damaged connections;
- other anomalies that could compromise normal functioning.

21. CHILDREN
The product must be installed and used according to its intended use and must not be treated as a toy.
Installation, disassembly, and maintenance operations must be carried out by people capable of performing them in safe conditions.
22. CHOKING HAZARD
Any bags, films, packaging materials, or small components must be kept out of the reach of children.
Packaging materials must be disposed of appropriately after opening the product.
23. DISASSEMBLY
Before carrying out disassembly or filter replacement operations, follow the instructions applicable to the product.
When necessary, shut off the water flow before proceeding.
24. CLEANING
Cleaning of the product must be carried out according to the indications provided for the relative model.
Do not use substances or tools that could damage the product or alter its functioning.
25. USE OF CHEMICALS
Do not use aggressive chemicals, solvents, or cleaning products not compatible with the device, unless expressly indicated in the product instructions.
26. DISPOSAL
At the end of the useful life of the product or its components, the Customer must carry out disposal according to the rules applicable in their territory and according to the nature of the material involved.
Packaging must be disposed of through locally provided collection systems.
27. REPORTING A SAFETY PROBLEM
If the Customer detects a possible safety problem related to a product, they must stop using it when necessary and contact promptly:

- product name;
- order number;
- product identifier or model;
- description of the problem;
- photographs or videos;
- information on the circumstances in which the problem occurred.
28. INCIDENTS
In the event of an incident associated with a product, the Customer must first take the measures reasonably necessary to protect their own safety and that of other people involved.
Subsequently, when appropriate, the Customer may report the incident to ZEROTRACCE via:

The report will be evaluated according to the procedures applicable to product safety.
29. RECALLS AND WITHDRAWALS
Should a risk be identified that requires a withdrawal or recall of the product, Amerion Group LLC will adopt the measures provided for by applicable legislation.
When necessary, affected Customers may be informed through available contact details.
Instructions communicated in the event of a recall or withdrawal must be followed by the Customer.
30. SAFETY INFORMATION ON THE PRODUCT PAGE
When provided for by applicable legislation, information regarding product identification, the manufacturer, the responsible person in the European Union, and relevant safety warnings will be made available on the product page, on the packaging, or through the accompanying documentation.
31. PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION
The Customer must keep, when available:
- instructions;
- warnings;
- safety information;
- order confirmation;
- documentation related to the product.
Such documentation may be useful for installation, maintenance, support, and product identification.
32. COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS
ZEROTRACCE works to make available on the market products that comply with applicable safety obligations.
Safety information is provided based on the characteristics of the product and applicable legislation.
This policy does not constitute a declaration that every product is free from any risk: use must always take place according to the applicable instructions and warnings.
