RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable Italian and European consumer protection legislation, the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract without providing any reason and without penalty within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to Customers who purchase for purposes unrelated to their business, commercial, craft, or professional activity.
The right of withdrawal does not limit or replace the Customer's rights regarding the legal guarantee of conformity.
2. COMMENCEMENT OF THE 14-DAY PERIOD
For the purchase of a single product, the 14-day period begins from the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product.
In the case of the purchase of multiple products ordered by the Customer in a single order but delivered separately, the period begins from the day on which the Customer acquires physical possession of the last product.
For contracts relating to the delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or parts, the period begins from the day on which the Customer acquires physical possession of the last lot or part.
3. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract to Amerion Group LLC before the 14-day period expires.

The communication must contain at least:
- Customer's first and last name;
- order number;
- order date;
- product(s) concerned;
- a clear statement of the intention to withdraw from the contract;
- the email address used for the order, if applicable.
The Customer may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this page, but is not required to do so.
It is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent before the 14-day period expires.
4. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
After communicating the withdrawal, the Customer must return the products without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.

The return period is considered met if the Customer sends back the products before the 14-day period expires.
The Customer is responsible for the proper preparation of the return shipment until it is delivered to the recipient.
5. RETURN COSTS
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal due to a simple change of mind, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
If, however, the return is due to a defective product, one not conforming to the order, damaged during delivery, or affected by another issue attributable to Amerion Group LLC, the return procedures and related costs will be handled by Amerion Group LLC in accordance with applicable law.
6. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
The Customer may handle the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The Customer is liable only for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Therefore, opening the packaging, when necessary to verify the product, does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
The Customer is invited to return the product, as far as possible, with:
- original packaging;
- accessories;
- components;
- documentation;
- any elements included in the packaging.
The absence or damage of elements not necessary for product verification does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal, without prejudice to Amerion Group LLC's potential right to request a proportionate refund for a decrease in value caused by handling exceeding what was necessary.
7. PRODUCTS WITH USED FILTER
The right of withdrawal cannot be automatically excluded just because the product has been opened.
However, if the product or the filter has been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, such use may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
In such cases, Amerion Group LLC may assess any decrease in value in proportion to the actual condition of the returned product.
8. REFUND
In the event of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, Amerion Group LLC will refund all payments received from the Customer in relation to the contract subject to withdrawal, including standard delivery costs, if any, paid by the Customer.
The refund does not include any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery type offered by ZEROTRACCE.
9. REFUND TIMING
The refund will be issued without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day Amerion Group LLC was informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
However, Amerion Group LLC may withhold the refund until receipt of the products or until the Customer provides proof of having sent them back, whichever comes first.
10. REFUND METHODS
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon with the Customer.
The Customer will not incur any costs for the refund.
11. ORDERS PAID WITH DISCOUNT CODES
When an order has been paid, in whole or in part, via a promotional code, the refund will be calculated based on the amounts actually paid and the conditions applicable to the promotion.
Any reinstatement of a promotional code will be evaluated according to the conditions of the specific promotion.
12. PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal for only a portion of the products purchased in the same order, provided that the product concerned is returnable under applicable law.
In the event of partial withdrawal, the refund will concern the amounts actually attributable to the returned products and any delivery costs in accordance with applicable law.
13. KITS AND BUNDLES
When the purchased product consists of a kit, a bundle, or an offer consisting of several items sold jointly, the Customer must clearly indicate which items they intend to return.
If the nature of the offer requires the return of the entire kit to proceed with withdrawal on the overall purchase, this condition will be clearly communicated to the Customer before the purchase.
14. PRODUCTS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY
If the received product shows damage, defects, or non-conformity, the Customer is invited to contact customer service before independently arranging a return shipment.
Amerion Group LLC will provide the necessary instructions to handle the situation.
Rights deriving from the legal guarantee of conformity remain fully applicable and are not limited by this policy.
15. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WITHDRAWAL AND LEGAL GUARANTEE
The right of withdrawal mainly concerns the consumer's ability to cancel a distance contract within the time limit provided by law.
The legal guarantee of conformity, on the other hand, concerns cases where the product has a defect of conformity with respect to what is provided by law and the contract.
The two disciplines are distinct.

16. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal applies within the limits and with any exclusions provided by applicable law.
If, for a specific product category or a specific situation, the law provides an exception to the right of withdrawal, such exception will be applied exclusively in the cases and within the limits provided by law.
For standard ZEROTRACCE products intended for sale to the consumer, the right of withdrawal is recognized according to the rules applicable to distance contracts.
17. PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS
The right of withdrawal provided by consumer protection legislation is reserved for Customers acting as consumers.
Purchases made in the exercise of a business, commercial, craft, or professional activity may be subject to different conditions.

20. CONSUMER RIGHTS
This policy does not in any way limit the mandatory rights granted to the consumer by applicable Italian or European Union legislation.
In the event of a conflict between a provision of this policy and an applicable mandatory provision, the latter shall prevail.
21. UPDATES
Amerion Group LLC may update this policy when necessary, particularly in the event of regulatory, operational, or service-related changes.
For orders already concluded, the conditions in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract apply, unless otherwise provided by law.
