ZEROTRACCE CUSTOMER REVIEW POLICY
Last update: [date of publication]
1. OBJECTIVE
This Review Policy governs the collection, publication, management, and moderation of reviews relating to ZEROTRACCE products and services.
The goal is to enable customers to share authentic experiences and allow other users to consult useful information before making a purchase.
2. PRINCIPLE OF AUTHENTICITY
ZEROTRACCE does not publish fake reviews and does not present as authentic any reviews created directly by the brand or by subjects who have not actually purchased or used the product, when the review is presented as a customer experience.
Published reviews must reflect, as much as possible, the author's real experience.
3. WHO MAY PUBLISH A REVIEW
Reviews relating to products may be published exclusively by customers who have made a purchase through the ZEROTRACCE store, according to the features and methods provided by the review tools used.
ZEROTRACCE may use review collection and publication tools that verify the link between a review and a purchase.
4. VERIFIED REVIEWS
When technically available, a review may be marked as verified or associated with a purchase.
The verification indication must correspond to the information actually available in the system used.
ZEROTRACCE does not attribute the status of "verified purchase" to a review when it does not have the necessary elements to support it.
5. REVIEW TOOLS USED
ZEROTRACCE may use review collection and management tools, including:
- Loox;
- CWILL / Trustoo;
- Trustpilot.
The tools actually used may vary over time depending on the store configuration.
6. REVIEWS ON EXTERNAL PLATFORMS
Reviews published on external platforms, such as Trustpilot, may be subject to the rules and verification systems of the relative platform.
ZEROTRACCE does not fully control the technical procedures, display methods, or moderation policies of external platforms.
7. FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION
Reviews may be positive, negative, or mixed.
ZEROTRACCE does not require a review to be positive in order to be published.
A negative review is not removed simply because it expresses an unfavorable judgment on the product, service, or purchasing experience.
8. MODERATION
Reviews may be subject to moderation when necessary to verify compliance with these conditions and applicable regulations.
Moderation may concern, in particular:
- manifestly false content;
- illegal content;
- defamatory content;
- threats;
- gratuitous insults or severely offensive content;
- personal data published without authorization;
- discriminatory content;
- pornographic or irrelevant sexually explicit content;
- spam;
- third-party advertising;
- malicious or irrelevant links;
- copied content;
- reviews relating to products or services never purchased when the system requires a verified purchase;
- attempts to artificially manipulate the review system.
9. REMOVAL OF A REVIEW
A review may be removed when it violates these conditions, applicable law, or the rules of the platform through which it is published.
Removal must not be performed simply because the review contains a negative assessment.
When a review is removed for violation of the rules, the decision may be recorded internally to ensure consistent management of requests.
10. MODIFICATION OF REVIEWS
ZEROTRACCE does not autonomously modify the substantive content of a review to turn a negative opinion into a positive one.
Any technical corrections necessary for display, such as formatting issues or manifestly accidental content, must be carried out without altering the meaning of the experience expressed by the customer.
11. FALSE OR MANIPULATED REVIEWS
It is not permitted to use systems designed to artificially create positive or negative reviews.
The following, among others, are not considered compliant with this policy:
- completely made-up reviews;
- reviews published by subjects pretending to be customers;
- reviews purchased from third parties and presented as authentic;
- reviews generated to artificially alter the product's reputation;
- massive publication of artificial reviews;
- use of multiple identities to publish reviews relating to the same experience.
12. INCENTIVES FOR REVIEWS
ZEROTRACCE does not condition the publication of a review on its positive evaluation.
If an incentive to leave a review is offered in the future, such incentive will not be contingent upon the publication of a positive assessment and the relevant incentive method will be communicated transparently.
13. REVIEW REQUESTS
ZEROTRACCE may send review requests to customers after a purchase.
Requests may be sent via email or through the review management tools actually used.
The request may invite the customer to freely share their experience, without imposing a positive judgment.
14. SOLICITED REVIEWS
The fact that a review has been requested by ZEROTRACCE does not mean that its content has been checked or approved by the brand.
A review request may be sent both to satisfied customers and to customers who may have had a negative experience.
15. PUBLICATION
When a review is published on the site, some information associated with the review may be displayed, according to the configuration of the tool used.
Such information may include:
- name or display name;
- initial or pseudonym;
- date of the review;
- reviewed product;
- review content;
- any images or other content submitted voluntarily by the customer.
ZEROTRACCE limits the publication of personal data not necessary for the purpose of the review.
16. IMAGES AND CONTENT SUBMITTED BY THE CUSTOMER
The customer may, when provided for by the platform used, attach photographs or other content to the review.
The customer must publish exclusively content they have the right to use and that does not violate third-party rights.
The customer must avoid including their own personal data or that of other people in the review when not necessary.
17. RIGHTS TO REVIEW CONTENT
The customer retains any rights they may have in the content they created.
By publishing a review on the site or through a tool connected to the service, the customer authorizes ZEROTRACCE, to the extent permitted by law and the applicable platform conditions, to display and use such content for purposes related to product presentation and communication of the customer experience.
This use does not authorize ZEROTRACCE to present as its own any work that belongs to the customer.
18. REVIEWS AND PRIVACY
The publication of a review may involve the processing of personal data.
Processing is carried out in accordance with the ZEROTRACCE Privacy Policy and applicable legislation on personal data protection.
The customer must avoid including the personal data of other people without a legitimate basis for doing so.
19. REMOVAL REQUESTS
The author of a review may contact ZEROTRACCE to request the removal of content they have published, subject to any legal, evidentiary, or technical requirements that necessitate the retention of a copy.
The request can be sent to:
sirius.amerion@gmail.com
20. REPORTING REVIEWS
Anyone who believes that a review violates the law or this policy can report it to ZEROTRACCE.
The report should indicate:
- the affected review;
- the reason for the report;
- the elements available to support the report;
- any useful information to identify the content.
ZEROTRACCE will evaluate the report according to reasonable criteria consistent with this policy.
21. REVIEWS RELATING TO THE SERVICE
Reviews may concern:
- the product;
- the purchasing experience;
- shipping;
- customer service;
- other aspects of the experience with ZEROTRACCE.
When a review is presented as relating to a specific product, the content must be referable to that product.
22. REVIEWS OF DIFFERENT PRODUCTS
A review relating to a specific product should not be used to artificially attribute the same experience to a different product.
ZEROTRACCE may correct the technical association of the review when the system allows it and when it is possible to reliably determine the product actually reviewed.
23. B2B CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Reviews from professional clients may be managed according to the functionality of the tool used.
When a review is presented as a consumer experience, it must not be attributed to a subject who has exclusively made a B2B purchase if such a distinction is relevant to correctly understanding the experience.
24. CANCELLED OR REFUNDED ORDERS
A review may be associated with an order even when a return, refund, or other order modification subsequently occurs, provided the review truly represents the author's experience.
The presence of a refund does not automatically constitute sufficient grounds to delete a review.
25. REVIEWS AND WARRANTY
The existence of a positive or negative review does not modify the consumer's rights relating to the Legal Warranty of Conformity.
Reviews do not constitute contractual conditions nor do they replace the official information contained in product pages, Terms and Conditions, or other site policies.
26. REVIEWS AND ADVERTISING
Reviews published on the site must be used in such a way as not to create a false or misleading impression of the customer experience.
ZEROTRACCE must not select or present reviews in a way that suggests they necessarily represent the experience of all customers.
27. AVERAGES AND AGGREGATED EVALUATIONS
When the review system shows an average, percentage, or other aggregate indicator, such indicator must be calculated based on the reviews actually considered by the system.
ZEROTRACCE does not present as a real evaluation a value created artificially.
28. NUMBER OF REVIEWS
When the number of reviews relating to a product or service is shown, the number must correspond to the reviews actually considered by the system in the relative evaluation, according to the technical methodology used.
29. ORDER AND VISIBILITY OF REVIEWS
The display order of reviews may depend on the features of the tool used.
The order may be determined, for example, by date, relevance, purchase verification, or technical criteria of the platform.
The display order must not be used to systematically hide authentic negative reviews.
30. ZEROTRACCE RESPONSES
When the platform allows it, ZEROTRACCE may respond publicly to reviews.
Responses must be formulated professionally and must not publicly reveal unnecessary personal data of the customer.
31. NEGATIVE REVIEWS
Negative reviews may remain published when they comply with this policy.
ZEROTRACCE may respond to provide clarifications, correct objectively incorrect information, or invite the customer to contact support to resolve a problem.
The response must not be used to intimidate the customer or prevent them from expressing an authentic assessment.
32. ILLEGAL REVIEWS
Content that may constitute a violation of law may be removed or subjected to further evaluation.
In particular, content containing threats, incitement to violence, illegal material, third-party personal data published without authorization, or other content whose publication is prohibited by applicable law may be removed.
33. TRANSPARENCY
ZEROTRACCE undertakes to distinguish, when relevant:
- customer reviews;
- advertising content;
- brand communications;
- sponsored content;
- any commercial testimonials.
A communication coming directly from ZEROTRACCE is not presented as an independent customer review.
34. POLICY UPDATE
This Review Policy may be updated to reflect:
- regulatory changes;
- changes to review tools;
- changes to collection methods;
- changes to publication methods;
- changes to moderation procedures.
The updated version is published on the site with an indication of the update date.
