ZEROTRACES ORDER TRACKING POLICY

Last updated: [publication date]

1. SUBJECT

This Order Tracking Policy describes how the customer can check the status of their shipment after making a purchase on the ZEROTRACCE website.

2. HOW TO RECEIVE SHIPMENT INFORMATION

After the order has been prepared and shipped, ZEROTRACCE may send the customer a communication containing the available tracking information.

Depending on the order status, the communication may contain:

- tracking number;
- carrier name;
- link to the tracking page;
- shipment status;
- delivery information.

3. CARRIERS

Depending on the destination and the logistics method used, ZEROTRACCE shipments may be entrusted to:

- Poste Italiane;
- DHL;
- other logistics operators that may be used for a specific shipment.

The actual carrier assigned may vary from one order to another.

4. TRACKING NUMBER

When available, the tracking number is associated with the shipment and communicated to the customer.

The tracking number allows you to consult the information made available by the carrier.

ZEROTRACCE does not directly control all the updates recorded in the carrier's systems.

5. TRACKING UPDATES

The tracking system may not show information immediately after shipment.

A certain amount of time may pass between:

- the logistics pick-up;
- the shipment registration;
- the first scan of the package;
- the display of the update on the carrier's website.

The temporary absence of updates does not necessarily mean that the package is stuck or lost.

6. DELIVERY TIMES

The overall delivery time normally estimated for ZEROTRACCE orders is approximately:

3–16 days.

The actual time may vary depending on:

- order preparation;
- product availability;
- international transport;
- logistics procedures;
- carrier pick-up;
- any applicable customs checks;
- carrier operating conditions;
- destination;
- exceptional events.

Delivery estimates do not constitute a guarantee of delivery within a fixed number of days, unless expressly indicated as a binding deadline.

7. SHIPMENT ORIGIN

ZEROTRACCE orders may be shipped directly from China to the customer in Italy.

Consequently, tracking may show different logistics stages before arrival in Italy and final delivery.

8. SHIPMENT STAGES

Depending on the carrier and service used, tracking may show statuses such as:

- order received;
- shipment prepared;
- package handed over to carrier;
- departure from logistics center;
- international transport;
- arrival in the destination country;
- processing at a logistics center;
- pick-up by local carrier;
- out for delivery;
- delivered.

Status names may vary depending on the carrier.

9. “LABEL CREATED” STATUS

When the tracking shows a status equivalent to “label created,” “shipment registered,” or “shipping notice,” the package may not have yet undergone its first physical scan.

The update may appear subsequently.

10. “IN TRANSIT” STATUS

The “in transit” status generally indicates that the shipment is going through one or more stages of the logistics route.

During international transport, several days may pass without the system showing a new event.

11. “ARRIVED IN ITALY” STATUS

When available, this status indicates that the shipment has been registered as having arrived in the destination country.

Delivery may still require further logistics operations before being handed over to the recipient.

12. “OUT FOR DELIVERY” STATUS

The “out for delivery” status generally indicates that the carrier has scheduled or initiated the final delivery phase.

It does not necessarily guarantee that delivery will occur by a specific time.

13. “DELIVERED” STATUS

When the carrier's system indicates that the package has been delivered, the customer should check the delivery location indicated by the carrier.

If the customer has not received the package despite the “delivered” status, they must contact ZEROTRACCE promptly.

14. SHIPMENT WITHOUT UPDATES

If the tracking does not show new updates for a few days, the customer should not necessarily consider the shipment lost.

ZEROTRACCE may check the available information and, when necessary, request a status check from the carrier.

15. DELAYED SHIPMENT

If the shipment exceeds the normally expected delivery period, the customer may contact:

sirius.amerion@gmail.com

indicating the order number.

ZEROTRACCE will verify the shipment status and take appropriate measures according to the circumstances.

16. LOST PACKAGE

If the carrier confirms the shipment is lost, ZEROTRACCE will handle the situation in accordance with applicable law, the conditions of sale, and the carrier's procedures.

The customer shall not bear the risk of loss of goods not attributable to them after the transfer of risk as provided for by applicable law.

17. DAMAGED PACKAGE

If the package appears damaged upon delivery, the customer should, where possible:

- photograph the packaging;
- photograph the visible damage;
- keep the packaging;
- contact ZEROTRACCE;
- indicate the order number.

Failure to photograph the packaging does not automatically result in the loss of mandatory consumer rights.

18. FAILED DELIVERY

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package, the tracking system may indicate:

- recipient absent;
- invalid address;
- delivery attempt;
- rescheduled delivery;
- package available at a collection point;
- other operational causes.

The customer must follow the instructions provided by the carrier and, when necessary, contact ZEROTRACCE.

19. INCORRECT ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided during checkout.

If the customer discovers an error before shipment, they must contact ZEROTRACCE immediately.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, it is not always possible to change the address.

20. CHANGE OF ADDRESS AFTER SHIPMENT

After shipment, any requests for address changes must be verified with the carrier.

ZEROTRACCE does not guarantee that a change of address is technically possible.

21. COLLECTION POINT

When provided for by the carrier, a shipment may be addressed or redirected to a collection point.

The availability of such an option depends on the logistics service used and the destination.

22. DELIVERY TO THIRD PARTIES

The carrier may, according to its own procedures and service conditions, deliver the package to an authorized person or someone present at the indicated address.

For any disputes regarding delivery, the customer must contact ZEROTRACCE providing the available information.

23. CARRIER INFORMATION

The information shown by the tracking system comes largely from the carrier's systems.

Any differences between the status displayed on the ZEROTRACCE website and that displayed on the carrier's website may arise from different update times.

In case of discrepancy, ZEROTRACCE may use the most recent information available to verify the situation.

24. TRACKING DATA

Tracking information may include:

- shipment number;
- logistics status;
- date of events;
- location or logistics center;
- delivery information;
- any anomalies recorded by the carrier.

This information is used to allow the customer to follow their shipment and to manage any delivery problems.

25. PRIVACY

Shipment-related information may be associated with the order and the customer.

The processing of personal data is governed by the ZEROTRACCE Privacy Policy.

26. SHIPMENT COMMUNICATIONS

ZEROTRACCE may send operational communications regarding the shipment and delivery of the order.

These communications are distinct from promotional communications and may be sent when necessary for the performance of the contract or to inform the customer about their order.

27. CONTACT FOR TRACKING

To request information about their order, the customer must contact:

sirius.amerion@gmail.com

In the request, it is recommended to indicate:

- order number;
- name used for the purchase;
- order e-mail address;
- any tracking number;
- description of the problem.

28. SHIPMENT ASSISTANCE

Customer support can check the available information and provide guidance on the shipment status.

The indicative response time for support is 24–48 business hours.

Support response times do not modify the legal terms applicable to the sale, delivery, withdrawal, or refund.

29. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This Order Tracking Policy must be read in conjunction with the:

“SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY”

which contains general information regarding shipping methods and times.

30. RELATIONSHIP WITH RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Procedures regarding returns, refunds, and the right of withdrawal are governed by the respective ZEROTRACCE policies.

In particular:

- “RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY”;
- “RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY”;
- “LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY”.

31. TRACKING SERVICE LIMITATIONS

The tracking service is provided based on information made available by the carrier.

ZEROTRACCE cannot directly control every stage of transport after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

This does not limit the obligations and responsibilities that rest with the seller towards the consumer according to applicable law.

32. UPDATES

This Policy may be updated in the event of changes to:

- the carriers used;
- tracking systems;
- logistics procedures;
- delivery methods;
- applicable law.

The updated version is published on the website with an indication of the update date.
